No, Instagram don’t notify if screenshot story in 2023 but, it used to notify when instagram launched stroy feature. So if you are looking for the steps “How to take a screenshot instagram story undetected” then, you can follow the steps, given below:

However , keep in mind that social media platforms can change their features, so it's a good idea to check the latest Instagram policies and settings for any updates.
